When is payment due?
For in-stock sculptures, prints, and infographic posters, payment is due at the time of checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Gift cards are not available at this time but please contact me if you had a specific gifting arrangement in mind.
How can I update my address, contact, or payment information?
Once you have logged in, locate the profile icon in the upper-left-hand corner of your screen. You can change your personal details and preferences from the member dashboard.
How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
For updates on new releases and promotions, simply enter your email address where prompted in the footer of my website.
Do you sell at trade shows or in retail?
Yes, I have a variety of partnerships with pet show vendors, museums, and small businesses across the country. If you're interested in buying my artwork in bulk at a discount, for the purpose of resale, please submit a contact form. No prior selling experience required.

Do you ship worldwide?
Mostly. Due to recent changes in tax laws, I am no longer able to ship to the EU through my website. However, I'm always happy to fulfill your order on Etsy. If the item you'd like to purchase is not shown in my Etsy shop, contact me and I'd be happy to activate a listing for you, free of charge.
